I totally get why I have to be careful and I promise I'm not a ghost, okay? The thing is, I've had some people try to trick me with fake payments, and that's really not cool. So, to protect myself, I ask for half the payment upfront from new customers. Then, when you come to my house, you can give me the rest. It's just a way to make sure everything goes smoothly and you feel comfortable. Those are my rules, and I hope you understand!
